Check out is at 10:00 am.

If you are leaving earlier please let us know so we can start getting the house ready for our next guests.  

Please make sure all beach chairs and umbrellas are put back in their original location, washed off, and free of sand.

Please put all of the dishes in the dishwasher and start. 

Please make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked. Please DO NOT lock the front door handle - only use the smart lock. Check for any belongings you might have left behind before leaving.

No need to do laundry before you leave. We want your checkout to be as easy as possible! There's no need to wash towels, sheets, or other laundry before you go - we'll take care of that for you.

Please turn off all of the lights.

Please make sure refrigerator is emptied and wiped out. If you have any unopened food or drinks you cannot take with you, please leave them and we will donate to our local food bank.
