Your unit is on the left side as you are looking from the street.

There is an electronic lock. Your code will be the last 4 digits of your phone number. This will only activate at 4PM on your check in day or unless housekeeping lets us know the house is ready early.

Unlocking the door using your Door Code.

1. Press the Yale button to wake

2. Enter your 4 digit PIN (last 4 of your phone number)

3. Press the ✓ key in the bottom right corner of the lock (Lock will automatically unlock)

Locking the Door (when going to dinner, shopping, etc.):

1. Press the yale icon (the Lock will turn on and automatically lock).

Note: Several incorrect entries of a PIN cause the Lock to shut down for 1 minute.

Cable is available through YouTube TV. Turn on the TV using the Roku Remote in the bedroom and the Visio remote in the living room and navigate to youtube tv for cable or any of your favorite other streaming apps. You can watch prerecorded or live TV through YouTubeTV.

If it is before 4.00 PM we will do our best to have the house ready for you. 

Otherwise plan on access at 4.00 PM or upon your arrival.

• We ask that you respect this time frame which allows our cleaners to have the home ready for you. It is important that our maintenance and housekeeping staff are not disturbed from their duties.

The home will include:

• Beds made and ready to sleep in

• Bath towels, washcloths and beach towels are also included and located in the bedroom closets.

• Beach Chairs, umbrella and beach cart.

• Bikes

• A small bottle of dish soap to get you started as well as dish towel and a dish sponge.

• Silverware, dishes, pots and pans

• Sample size soaps and shampoos in bathrooms, starter set/one set per bathroom

• Two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom 

• Roll of paper towels 

• Trash can liner and an extra in trash and recycling cans.

• One set of towels per guest (plus a few extras just in case)

• A few laundry pods and dryer sheets to get you started

• A variety of salt, pepper, spices, oil etc. for cooking

• No Smoking anywhere on the property.

• Please observe QUIET HOURS of 9pm to 8am. 

• Due to neighborhood restrictions, NO PARTIES, EVENTS OR OVER OCCUPANCY are allowed.. Disregarding this rule will result in immediate eviction and the loss of any rental monies paid.​​ THIS HOUSE ALLOWS 4 OVERNIGHT GUESTS AND 2 ADDITIONAL DAY GUESTS

• Please leave our property tidy and please DO NOT LITTER.

• Children under 12 years old are not allowed at any time

• GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY. This property is located in a mixed use neighborhoods that include short term guests and year-round residents. Please be considerate and respectful of neighboring properties and their rights to privacy and quiet enjoyment. Sound carries, especially on or near the ocean. Do not trespass or use items or amenities belonging to another property.

• NO DISCHARGING OF FIREARMS or FIREWORKS 

• Fires are not allowed on the beach or anywhere on the property.

• The person making the reservation for the rental assumes full responsibility (legally and financially) for the actions of all quests occupying such rental home.

• Pets/animals are NOT allowed in your rental at any time. This applies to anyone in your group, including visitors. Bringing a pet/animal into a non-pet-friendly rental can result in eviction without refund and additional charges to your credit card for cleaning and damages.

Trash and recycling cans are located behind the shed. They both should be placed out to the street Monday Night and Brought back to the house by Tuesday night.. Please make sure all garbage is in bags and tied closed and please avoid loose trash or liquids.

Please park in the driveway on the left if you are looking at the house from the road. The other driveway is for guests of the other unit.

The orange markers on the beach are turtle nests. It is unlawful to disturb them. Manasota Key also has an ordinance that there can be no lights visible from the beach after dark. Please pull curtains as they are all blackout and keep all exterior lights off. Landscape lighting is ok. The authorities are very serious about sea turtle protocol and will issue you fines if the rules are not followed.

We have a drip style coffee maker. We will provide you filters and coffee to get you started.

Laundry is located in the kitchen. If washing towels or sheets please do not mix whites and colors. Make sure to use cold water.

Bikes are located on the back of the shed. If leaving it anywhere but the house please use the provided locks (located in the top drawer of the dresser as you walk in the front door . The code is 0065

There is also a pump if the tires need air in the front bedroom closet.
